 Dock Sweep

PANET USA’s Dock Sweep program is designed to remove your staff from the Asset Management process. With a fleet of over 1,800 trailers PALNET USA has the capacity to meet your Dock Sweeping needs. PALNET USA will drop a trailer at your facility for convenient and continuous loading of unwanted or excess Assets. Trailers will be replaced on a pre determined schedule or an on-call basis. All Assets are moved to a PALNET USA facility for sorting and disposition. Inventory information and reports will be available online.

Total Asset Management program benefits:
A PALNET USA supplied truck removes all excess or unusable Assets on a previously agreed upon schedule

Returnable Assets are loaded on the appropriate equipment

 On-Site Sortation

PANET USA's On-Site Asset Management program is designed to help you maximize the efficiency of your facility. This removes your staff from the business of sorting pallets and other Assets. We will manage all on-site personnel, product removal and Asset transfer to our processing facility. We will also manage all customer relation issues.

On-Site Sortation Services:
An SOP is developed with uniform pallet condition standards and minimum inventory levels

PALNET USA personnel will perform all Asset Management functions within the facility, including pallet sorting, restacking, outbound loading and accounting

A PALNET USA supplied truck removes all damaged or overstock Assets on a previously agreed upon schedule

Returnable Assets are loaded on appropriate equipment

All Asset Management related waste can be removed for environmentally friendly disposal

Facility management is free to staff based on operational needs

 On-Site Repair

If you have a closed loop system or would just like to retain control of your assets PANET USA has the resources and expertise to efficiently manage your Asset Management program. We will sort your Assets, according to your standards, for return to inventory, repair or removal from your facility.

On-Site Repair Services:
An SOP is developed with uniform pallet standards and minimum inventory levels

PALNET USA personnel will control all Asset Management needs within the facility

Usable Assets are immediately returned to inventory

Repairable assets are repaired according to the SOP and returned to inventory

Unrepairable and unusable Assets are loaded on a PALNET USA truck

Returnable Assets are loaded on appropriate equipment

All transportation related cardboard, plastic or other materials are removed for environmentally friendly disposal

Facility management is free to staff based on operational needs

 Store Pick-up

When your stores produce significant excess Assets PALNET USA can work with you to develop a comprehensive program that will simplify and improve your supply chain. With PALNET USA's Store Pick-up program we can remove all of the Assets from your stores using our fleet. All Assets are returned to a designated facility for sorting and processing. A detailed inventory of all Assets is provided for your records.

 Reverse Logistics

When you have excess Asset inventory, PALNET USA has the solution. Our experts will work with you to develop a customized reverse logistics solution. PALNET USA’S member fleet of +130 tractors and +1,800 trailers can efficiently and economically transfer all your excess Assets to their assigned destinations, allowing you to improve the efficiency of your facility.

 Heat Treatment

Due to the International Solid Wood Packing regulation, heat treating is a concern for every company shipping and receiving products from outside the US. PALNET USA is approved for all current industry regulations and can insure its customers receive a seamless solution.
