Accu-Count

Do you really know who is counting your pallets? Now you can. 

Our proprietary counting system assures total accountability and honesty. No guessing. Just the facts, pure and simple. With Accu-count, you get data integrity, and that means a accurate pallet count with accountability.

Dock Sweep

Our fleet of over 2,800 trailers can free your staff. We can drop a trailer at your facility for timely and continuous loading of unwanted or excess pallets.

We replace trailers on a predetermined schedule or on an on-call basis -- whichever works best for you. Disposition and sorting are done at our facility, and accurate reports are available online all the time.

On-site Sortation

Take this time consuming job out of your hands and put it in ours.
We will manage:

• All on-site personnel

• Outbound loading
• Removal of all damaged or overstocked pallets in our trucks

On-Site Repair

If you have a closed-loop system or just want to retain control of your assets, PALNET has the staff and expertise to make that work for you. We sort and repair according to your standards. 

This service includes:

• Making all repairs as needed according to jointly developed SOP standards,
  and returning them to your inventory
• Loading all returnable assets onto appropriate equipment
• Freeing up your labor by having our personnel perform these functions at your facility

Store Pick-Up

With PALNET’s store pick-up program, we can pick-up and remove all excess assets using our own fleet on a regularly scheduled basis. We’ll return them to our facility for processing and sorting then provide you with a detailed inventory for your records. Information and reporting is always available online for your convenience.

Reverse Logistics

When you have excess asset inventory, we have the solution. A customized reverse logistics program. Our member fleet of +200 tractors and +2,800 trailers can economically and efficiently transfer your entire excess inventory to make your facility run smoother.

Available options include:

• Drop trailer at your facility

• Scheduled pick-up
• Milk runs

Heat Treatment

If you ship or receive products from outside the U.S., the International Solid Wood Packing regulations are important to you. PALNET is approved for all current industry regulations, insuring that you will be in compliance.
